Ah okay, thanks. I get it now. I will fix that. Are you both using Firefox? The problem doesn't seem to appear for me in Firefox 59.
I am using Firefox 59.0.2

Re: Information about SolydXK

Hi

In regards to 3 look at the image Ilu posted above, the word OS is sitting on top of the blue Linux box, look at the word Base, it is sat on top of the Pink Debian word. I feel there should be a gap between the word OS and the blue Linux box

Hope it helps

Re: Information about SolydXK

Having said that I will offer a few suggestions to help make the site something I may use in the future. For the record I am using SolydX EE viewing via a Firefox Browser 1) I h...

Re: Thunderbird and web links

No it is not that thread, it was a thread from a while ago but I can't find it. I have made a bit of headway, if I start thunderbird via terminal cli and then click on a link in an email I get the following message in the terminal ** (thunderbird:3490): WARNING **: 12:29:04.258: Could not launch def...

To answer Grizzlers reply to my Live disk issue, nomodeset does not work as I tried it on its own and if I remember correctly the safe boot option also has nomodeset I think as well. In regards to my gdebi issue I am running Awaita Style but I have downloaded and using the Obsidian-Semilight icon set

For whatever reason the UUID for the SoldyX swap partition were different. Set the entry in the fstab to what sudo blkid reported and it is now booting ok again. Thanks for the help Schoeije

Re: Improve on-line privacy of users

Although I am not currently using Solyd XK at the moment I would not want to find my browser loaded with add ons that I did not request. I am all for privacy but my view of personal privacy will be different to other peoples. I have no issue with the add ons (or links to) being made available along ...

Re: Printer stopped working (solved)

I have had the same issue several times with a few different distro and printers as well. Never found out what the issue is but obviously something in the cups subsystem stops responding and requires a reboot to start it back up. It nothing new in the computer world, "the lights are on but nobody is...
