USB Creator suggestion

I need a suggestion for a USB creator for the live media, Rufus works but it only allows a single live media per USB, Multiboot works for SolydK but not SolydX, any suggestions are appreciated, oh and maybe it would work with Linux or Windows.

Thanks

Re: UEFI

I have taken the SolydX installed drive from the old computer and connected it to the new one and I expect to have to redo the install but I am not ready to yet and I just remembered it does not have a boot partition because previously I was dual booting with Windows 7 and used its boot partition; h...

Re: Update Video Broken

Thanks for the replies, ruario had posted and ran his script and all is good now, I have largely rewritten both my guide and the script that automates fetching and installing a suitable libffmpeg. so for you https://gist.github.com/ruario/bec42d156d30affef655 I cannot verify if this script will work...

Re: Updatemanager broken during update -SOLVED

I just updated the Update Manager 3.1.0 to 3.1.1(@9:15 PM CST) and when it finished updating the window just closed and after rebooting clicking launcher for Update Manager seemed to do nothing so I redid the update, purge, and install from the terminal window and all seems to be fine in fact I had ...

Re: Updatemanager broken during update -SOLVED

I got the same error but I followed the instructions to correct, just letting anyone concerned it might still be an issue.

This was between 11:30 and 11:45 CST, sorry I did not check the exact time or record the error unless there is a log I can get it from.

Thanks

Thanks, is 'dmesg | less' you suggest any different from opening a terminal window and executing 'dmesg | less' I may be reading it incorrectly but it seems to only give the time of events in seconds after the boot starts and 'journalctl' seems to give the info by date and time but when I lists boot...

I think it is working after adding this to the /etc/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-evdev.conf file and rebooting, I saw a post on another site that recommended creating a file which I may try and update this with the result, Section "InputClass" # Identifier "Kensington Orbit" # MatchProduct "Primax Kensi...
