Update manager panel icon
After UP 2014.10.15 I found a second update for "Update manager". Now there is no icon on the notification area of the panel and I can run updatemanager only from terminal (the icon appears in the panel, but after a shutdown it is again missing). This happens in two Asus Eeepc (701 and Top) with Sol...

Re: Problems with Apache update (?)
Update:
after a reboot of the system now it seems that, at least for part of the scripts. Did the phpMyAdmin change something about permissions?

Problems with Apache update (?)
After the July update I have some problems, maybe with the web server Apache. First of all the DocumentRoot is no more /var/www but /var/www/html. It is strange, as /etc/apache2/sites-available/default-ssl.conf seems modified on 23/11/2013, but I am sure that the root was /var/www. I experience also...

Live only in compatible mode
Before installing on an Asus K52D laptop I tried SolyX but it only works in compatible mode, the "normal" mode, with or without Plymouth, stops while decompressing the kernel, without messages.
It seems to me that everyIhing works, but I am a bit nervous about an installation.
Thank you

Re: Install only works without plymouth
I had a succesfully install (using the previous iso) on the 4GB internal SD, without errors even if there was very few space left, and made some changes (above all I removed software to have more space, and some personalizations). Then I tried a new install (with latest iso) to have a clean system a...

Re: Install only works without plymouth
I have what seems a very similar problem, but I can't solve. I have just "found" SolydX and I hope this will be MY Linux distribution. I just wanted a clean system and installed with the latest iso (on a very old Asus Eeepc 701). but soon nothing worked, with or without plymouth. After reading this ...
