Is the "solydx 201701" based on LTS of Debian(jessie)?

I knew that there are LTS and "Usually?" in Debian(jessie).
Is the "solydx 201701" based on LTS of Debian(jessie)?

SolydX 201701 is based on what Jessie was at the time (8.6 or 8.7, not sure offhand). LTS had no meaning for Jessie at that time.
