SolydXK is based on Debian stable. Policy is that no other versions of packages are built and packaged if they are available in Debian stable unless a package is needed but not provided in Debian stable. So, we will not build Xfce 4.14 for SolydXK.
If you really want xfce 4.14, you can install it from a repo (at your own risks!):
Regarding that recommendation I can add that to my experience Steven Pusser is good at creating repositories for debian stable. He has a good reputation in the Linux community. Still on your own risk but if you have time to try it, please report back about your experience.
