Hiding panel lancher

Postby J.Jay » 05 Mar 2015 13:43

Thought throw this out there ;)

Used to add a 'cairo dock' to get a auto hiding feature but... with Xfce4.12 on way (Maybe only in testing(? ) will wait

I'll put this in a script and make it a exec launcher (can put in other panel, on desktop anywhere!)

Code: Select all

xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -p /panels/panel-0/autohide -T

P.S. Xfce-panel has that feature in 4.12 (acually 4.11.2!)

the autohide option already available on xfce 4.10. you can access this option either by setting>panel>display or via xfconf (setting>setting editor). if you're using xfconf, click into xfce4-panel>panel>[choose which panel you want]>autohide.
