Dolphin's Mount ISO problem

Postby freedom » 16 Feb 2020 19:14

I tried to mount an ISO file in Dolphin by right-click and choosing Mount ISO Image from Actions menu but I get
Could not find the program 'loop-setup'
I investigate a bit and found out that action for that is in /usr/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus/mountIso.desktop

Code: Select all

dpkg -S /usr/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus/mountIso.desktop
returned that it belongs to solydk-system-adjustments-10 package
I reinstalled it but error remains the same... 'loop-setup' :|

Code: Select all

apt-file search loop-setup
returned nothing so I figured out by looking into mountIso.desktop file that loop-setup is just a parameter for udisksctl command
but I have no idea what's wrong with this Exec line in .desktop file

Code: Select all

Exec=DEVICE=$(udisksctl loop-setup -r -f '%u' | grep -o '/dev/loop[0-9]*'); MOUNT=$(udisksctl mount -b ${DEVICE}p1  | grep -o '/media/.*[^.]'); xdg-open "$MOUNT";
Anyone?
