[proposal] grub-customizer

Features:
* edit the contents of menuentries or create new ones (internally it edits the 40_custom)
* support for GRUB2 and BURG
* reinstallation of the bootloader to MBR
* settings like default operating system, kernel params, background image and text colors etc.
* changing the installed operating system by running on a live cd

 Grub Customizer is a graphical configuration tool to modify the grub2/burg

While I'm unable to test this (using a LiveUSB at the moment), the 32bit compile log looks fine to me, as does the debian/control.

I do have one issue about the control file, which is I'd like to see something in place for e-mail. For example, "kyodev@solydxk" (without the .com suffix). It is however, not strictly necessary.

I have also installed in 32 and 64 bits. they start fine. I have not really used, just tested quickly.

I tried the compile route but ran into problems so was very glad to find this thread.
Thank You for making the .deb available to the SolydXK community. (64k version installed perfectly).

Never used this package but had no problems immediately customizing my grub2 to exactly what I need.
