[SOLVED] Audio from headphones is disturbed

Postby palimmo » 19 Oct 2019 13:04

Hi,
I'm using the new SolydK10.

The audio from headphones is disturbed, like a "river flowing" in background... or as the volume would be really high. Indeed it is not.
On the same laptop I use SolydK9, without problems. But I do not remember if years ago I had to apply a workaround as well.

Any idea?
Thanks

sounds like static noise. it usually comes from electronic interferences on improperly shielded cable. did this issue happened on other headphones/speaker?
