One iso, two different boots

Why are the bootloaders different between two different installations of the same iso done a few weeks apart? I have inserted asterisks (*) in front of lines included in the earlier installation to highlight the differences.
By the way, Ilo, following your advice I changed "splash" to "nosplash" in /sda8 after these snapshots were taken. Thank you.

Two separate installs of the same Solydx 9 iso:
