I've replaced solydxk-usb-creator with usb-creator.

I've tried to port the existing languages but I'm afraid it didn't work.

Here's the URL: https://www.transifex.com/solydxk/usb-c ... dashboard/

Done in Catalan.

BTW, all the Catalan strings in Transifex are set with French as default language (on spell checking). Yes, Catalan is quite alike to French, but also to Italian or Spanish. Perhaps an automatic setting? Or a bad configuration of Transifex? Anybody found something similar?

Isn't spell checking handled by the browser?

A new version, with the Catalan translation, of usb-creator is in the repository.

Yes, I think that the spell-checking is made locally. But the info about language code is given by the incoming form. As I have Catalan as the default, this should work if the spell checker is unaware of what language is. But as the second default, it should be English, not French or else. If I open the drop-down menu of languages over the 'to-be-translated' field, invariably defaults to French. I have to correct it manually to Catalan. If I stop the translation for some cause (looking to my Thesaurus, etc.) it reverts to French again.

And yes, I think the version I just translated is the last one (USB Creator, without 'SolydXK').

A few weeks ago I've started to move our translations to Transifex.
It is incredibly easy to use. You can translate on-line; no .po files or editors needed.

Your help is very needed. So, take a look at our Transifex projects and help making our software even better:

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you find a new job soon.

However, I'm glad that you want to help out with the translations.
I've sent you a Transifex invitation.

Thanks, lufilte for the translation. You will see it in the next release.

I am going to start working on the January release at the start of December and will post here to call upon all translators to check if there's something that needs translating.

There is just one single SolydXK translators team now but I haven't received a message from your friend, yet.

@all

During the next month I will start working on the new ISOs which I plan to release around Christmas.

Any updates on our packages will be code only. I will not change any translatable texts.

So, if you have the time, please take a look at our Transifex projects to see if there is still something you'd like to translate and have it included in the next ISOs: https://www.transifex.com/solydxk

I'll start compiling the packages with the new translations on Monday, 7 December.

Please, make your changes if any before that date.

Thank you all for helping out, I really appreciate it!

I'm reviewing german atm. Is there a place where the translating teams can discuss translation rules? Or is there a place we can put translation rules (i.e. a list of words we decide not to translate into the target language but keep in english), best in a visible spot on transiflex?

I'm often in doubt whether a word should be translated or not. I tend to "not" to keep the technical nature of the phrase (sometimes translated phrases really confuse me) but I might be biased since my english knowledge is fairly good - at least compared to others who wouldn't even try to post here.

And I would like to mark translations as "reviewed" to keep track of things but that does not seem to be possible?
