Donotlink uses three different ways to block search engines from crawling a link. So you can post the link on forums, message boards, facebook, twitter, reddit, and other public places without giving shady websites any undue credibility.
But I would like to find something different too.
Do you know any other solution that gives the possibility to visit a website without improving their ad revenue? I mean not only their position in search engines.
I do not know if I'm right and quite clear, but let me explain with an example.
Let's say that I would like to read sometimes the headlines of a terrible/not credible newspaper. Just to be up-to-date with their bullshits. (It can be useful!)
At the same I would avoid to give them any boost to their ad revenue. Like I were "invisible" or something like that.
Do you have any idea? As far as I have understood, donotlink does something quite different.
Tor browser could be useful for this purpose or even it has been conceived for something completely different?
