The Debian Point release 9.5 might not be working as it should. I'm having trouble running the package kit updater on SolydX, it hangs halfway.
We (not meaning the Solydxk team but the tech team at my club at home) are experiencing weird stuff - our VMs refuse to boot with the new kernel and we can't find out why.
You might want to hold back on installing yesterdays debian point release. This is just a cautionary warning. Waiting a few days can't hurt.
Edit: My personal problems might have been caused by a Seagate USB external storage device. I resolved them via "dpkg --configure -a " after reboot (while disconnectiong the Seagate).
The VMs still don't tolerate the new kernel.
