As I show in the images below I still couldn't solve the problem even following the opinions posted here in the topic.

Yes, if your EFI partition is smaller than 100MiB it suggests the default 500MiB.
We check for a minimum size of 100MiB for backward compatibility.

To skip partition size checks you need to pass the -p parameter in terminal:

live-installer -p
Just tried it with a 99MiB EFI partition.

Thanks, with these tips I managed to do the installation.

However, I will have to create a topic to present one or the other situation I encountered.
