Webcam not found

Hi just trying to get webcam built into asus monitor to work any ideas welcome

Please be more detailed.
Monitor brand and series? What software are you using that uses the camera?

Always check if the kernel has recognized the webcam with:

The kernel doesn't recognize your webcam and if I search for it online, there is a lot of posts stating the same issue.
